- Currently conducting a Strategic Planning study for www.Sarara.co/foundation to frame the organization's mission for major gifts.
- Established management systems, ROI strategy, website, logo, branding, and supported initial $1 million grant in 2023.
- Developed national RFP targeting 1,000 nonprofit organizations at forefront of youth wellbeing initiatives in public schools.
- As program officer, I manage a team of 4 remote contractors and serve the co-founders: StepChange Partners and the Harbourton Foundation.
- Supported CEO in strategic fundraising, case statement, board handbook, and major gifts to meet $7.5 million goal for Raikes Foundation.
- Wrote the case statement, supported successful raise of $2.5 million and CEO transition while growing corporate partner brand awareness.
- Established Coalition for Volunteer Impact to advance digital infrastructure for international volunteerism
- Managed successful completion of $10 million Vision 2020 Campaign to advance API earned revenue serving 140,000 nonprofits
- Supported successful completion of Californians Volunteers state RFP to build new state/municipal fundraising model for cities and towns
